I run the Archive of Information Assurance as a personal/spare time project, aiming to make the information necessary to gauge the assurance of a system, and eventually, to construct medium/high-assurance systems, available to everyone. I have a bit of knowledge about TCSEC and the history, am familiar with some of the work done by the good people at the NCSC, having spoken with several of them. Recently moved to Finland and working for an IT security consulting firm there, so not as much time as I wish I had to contribute.
